Notes apps that live in someone else's cloud stop being yours the moment their pricing or policy changes. Wanted something I fully own, on hardware I control.
The_Build
Memos for the notes themselves, Prometheus and Grafana watching the box so a failure gets noticed before it becomes a lost week of notes, and a small Telegram bot that pulls content in without needing to open a browser.
Where_It_Stands
In active use, kept off the public internet on purpose. The code is up there, infrastructure details like IPs, ports and access stay out of it deliberately.
